After L.A. Noire didn’t quite hit the mark for me, Rockstar may be planning on a sequel. Although Team Bondi who made the game don’t officially exist anymore, Rockstar said they would not ‘count out the possibility’ of a sequel to the detective game with ground-breaking facial motion capture. Of course they’ve got Max Payne 3 and GTA V to get out of the way first but what I really want to see is a sequel to Red Dead Redemption. That would truly be awesome! Star Trek sequel spawns a videogame

Set your faces to stunned, Namco Bandai have just bagged themselves the Star Trek publishing deal which means they’ll be making the movie video game tie-in for the next JJ Abrams movie. The good news is that it won’t try to copy the movie’s plot but will instead take on its own narrative as written by the writer of God of War and will focus on co-op. Mass Effect 3 is almost upon us…well, in just over a month in fact, and this trailer has just surfaced showing off more of the brand new multiplayer mode where you and fellow soldiers must help Commander Shepard’s cause in the war against the Reapers and the battle to save planet Earth. Soul Calibur vandals hit London

Banksy beware, it seems some new kids are in town making street ‘art’ to promote Soul Calibur V. This image sprayed onto the Great Eastern Street wall in London’s East End took three whole days for infamous painter and decorator Jim Rockwell and his artists to complete and as well as promoting the game for Namco Bandai looks pretty cool too. Game over for Battlefield 3 cheats

It looks like Battlefield 3 makers DICE have decided to enlist the help of, well, just about everyone in their on-going crusade against in-game cheats. In a recent blog post DICE announced that Battlefield cheats can now be reported by anyone – not just DICE employees. If players witness an in-game cheat, they can now report them using Battlelog with cheats apparently facing having their stats wiped and being banned from the game.
