Activision have announced a brand new Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles game subtitled Out of the Shadows. Based on the Nickelodeon animated TV series, the game will be download only and is a 3rd-person brawler with 4 player co-op as you attempt to stomp out the Foot Clan and stop them tormenting your turtles. PC Thief hits the shops

Thief is back with a reboot for PC and PS4 to be made by Eidos Montreal. Once again you play as Garrett in what is sure to be a tasty looking game as you use your wits to sneak about, nick stuff and probably slit a few throats and lodge some arrows in eye sockets along the way. There’s not much more info but prepare to play it some time in 2014.

Dead Space 3 vs Mass Effect 3

Dead Space 3 is out soon but do you still miss shooting things in the face as Commander Shepard? Well now you can pretend you’re still playing Mass Effect thanks to N7 armour available to Isaac Clarke. If you’ve played Mass Effect 3 and have a save game on your console, you’ll automatically get the suit to wear when dismembering those Necromorphs. New Wii U games for 2013

Wii U owners rejoice! Nintendo have announced a flurry of games for the console featuring some Nintendo favourites. Among the titles you can look forward to playing over the coming months will be two new Zelda titles (one of them being an HD remake of The Wind Waker), a new 3D Mario game which I presume could be Super Mario Galaxy U, a brand new Mario Kart title and Yarn Yoshi, a similar concept to Kirby’s Epic Yarn. Assassins Creed 3 The Battle Hardened out now

Ubisoft have announced a second DLC pack for Assassin’s Creed 3 entitled The Battle Hardened. The pack extends the multiplayer portion of the Assassins Creed 3  with new playable characters – the influential Governor, the resilient highlander and the fearsome Coyote Man, and maps including Charlestown, Fort St-Mathieu and Saint Pierre.
