Skate 3 review

I’ll tell you now that I’ve never really liked the Skate series of games because I prefer the simple button press controls of Tony Hawk to the ‘flick it’ controls of Skate. Yes the gesture is more like doing a real kick-flip, Ollie or nollie but sometimes you have to be deadly accurate with your thumb movements if you want to pull off exactly what’s asked of you. Ghost Recon Future Soldier release date

Ubisoft’s reboot of the Ghost Recon games has been delayed until the final quarter of 2011 – Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon Future Soldier Release Date is October 30th 2011. This may also delay the multiplayer beta that shipped with Splinter Cell Conviction. I don’t mind it slipping – but it better be good! Gears of War 3 release date

Not only has Microsoft announced the Gears of War 3 release date as the 8th of April 2011 but new details have just come out concerning the Gears of War 3 characters too. Marcus Fenix is going to learn a ‘bittersweet secret about his father’s fate’ and new female character Anya has left her desk job to join the Delta Squad. PSP 2 release date

No word yet on a release date yet but rumour has it that the PSP 2 is going to be a powerful monster indeed! It’s all hear’say but we’re getting reports it’s going to have front and back cameras, a touch screen and won’t have any physical media to go into it. It’s also expected to be about half as powerful as the PS3 thanks to its four-core cell CPU. Let’s just hope the battery lasts more than an hour. Using a PS3 wireless headset with a mobile phone

We’ve had a request from someone who wants to know if it’s possible to connect a PS3 bluetooth headset with her phone – yes it is possible and here’s how you do it. Just hold the power button on the headset for a few seconds until the red mic light flashes along with the power light. It’s now in ‘pairing’ mode. Activate Bluetooth on your phone and do a search for compatible devices and once the headset shows up, select it. Now just enter the passcode 0000 and you’re connected!
