I can’t believe it. As soon as I finish reviewing episode one of The Devils Playhouse, episode two arrives – you’d think this was a monthly episodic adventure. Oh wait it is, brilliant. A couple of years ago the Prince of Persia series had a bit of a reboot with a new cel-shaded look, a wise-cracking prince and a sidekick which meant you could never really die if you fell to your doom. To be honest, unlike that very sidekick, it didn’t really grab me and what I wished for was a return to the fantastic form of the original ‘remake’ of the game ‘The Sands of Time’. Ghost Recon Future Soldier release date

Ubisoft’s reboot of the Ghost Recon games has been delayed until the final quarter of 2011 – Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon Future Soldier Release Date is October 30th 2011. This may also delay the multiplayer beta that shipped with Splinter Cell Conviction. I don’t mind it slipping – but it better be good! Lead and Gold review

If you were to ask me which movie genres didn’t tickle my special zones then I’d probably answer you with Romance and Westerns. Now if I were tied to a flaming stake and forced to choose between Gone with the Wind or The Good, The Bad and The Ugly then I would probably side with Clint Eastwood. As you may be able to guess from title, Lead and Gold for PS3, Xbox 360 and PC is not a romantic game but instead a western inspired shooter. FIFA World Cup 2010 review

It’s easy to be cynical every other year when EA bring out a FIFA game based around international soccer competitions and it’s also easy to see why. There are less teams to play as, the game usually feels a bit stripped down to the bare bones and once the tournament is over you probably won’t pick the game up again. Having said that, this latest World Cup game is very much fun to play thanks to some new game modes and some tweaks to gameplay and graphics which show where the game will be heading when FIFA 2011 comes out....
