Prince of Persia review

Prince of Persia has to be one of the most remade games ever. There was the original 2D rotoscoped game that had incredibly realistic movement on 8 and 16-bit machines, a not so good 3D game, and then the highly successful and lovely Sands of Time which spawned a couple of mediocre sequels where the prince went a bit Emo. Sonic Unleashed review

If you’ve been following my games career over the past few years, you’ll know I’m not a massive fan of Sonic. I’ve always thought the games don’t really pose any challenge, feel like they’re playing themselves and just run far too quick to actually actively collect rings and avoid falling off ledges. Sonic Unleashed is Sega’s latest attempt to bring back the blue hedgehog’s glory days and this time they’ve turned him into a ‘Werehog’ when the sun goes down. Xbox 360 robbery foiled

A student in Missouri found their stolen Xbox 360 by using their wireless controller to hunt it down. It was stolen from his dorm and he located the thief by looking at the lights to see when it went out of range. Unfortunately, the naughty thief had wiped all his game saves. Terminator Salvation trailer

The first trailer for Terminator Salvation is doing the rounds and it looks very much like Gears of War 2 . Based on the movie starring Christian Bale, the game features stop and pop shooting as you fight hordes of Terminators in the future war after Skynet’s gone all berserk. Far Cry 2 review

I really enjoyed Far Cry on the PC. It filled the FPS void before Half-Life 2 blew everything away. When it arrived on the Xbox 360 I was disappointed, but things are looking good with this official sequel. Guitar Hero World Tour review

I’ll be brief with the history of Guitar Hero. As you may or may not know, Harmonix first made this game, but then swanned off to MTV games to make EA’s Rockband.
