The Wii MotionPlus has been given a release date of 12th June. The Wii MotionPlus peripheral adds an extra accelerometer to the Wii Remote to make it even more accurate. Titles that will use the new add-on include Sega’s Virtua Tennis 2009 and Tiger Woods’ latest outing. After many months of crazy Japanese schoolgirls buying the Nintendo DSi until stocks ran out it’s now our chance to buy a the latest update to the Nintendo DS. Are the two camera’s, SD card slot, bigger screens, built in Web browser and downloadble games enough to make you purchase this? I’m still unsure as both of my Black DS Lite’s are serving me quite well at the moment, however if you want to be the first to own a proper regionalized DSi then you’ll have to pre-order early to avoid disappointment. Capcom’s confirmed it’s making Dead Rising 2 for 2009. The sequel will be available for Xbox 360, PS3 and PC and will feature lots of zombie mutilation in the gambling haven of Fortune City. Let’s just hope that silly save system from the original has been well and truly dropped.
