With no options left, Microsoft are aggressively turning to further price cuts to the whole Xbox 360 console range to regain sales from the steadily improving PS3 with its built in Blu-Ray drive and the and never ending sell out success of Nintendo’s Wii. The new 360 Price Cut takes effect from Friday 19th February and will see the Arcade model (no HD) reduced to £129.99, the 60GB model now at £169.99 and the Elite with a healthy 120GB drive down to £229.99. In terms of value Xbox 360 becomes the number one choice of console, we hope Sony and Nintendo will follow suit and decrease their prices to help make games and console sales this Christmas very exciting.
