Looking back on the best 5 games of 2012 – I’ll warn you now, some of them are contentious! Sleeping Dogs At number five it’s Sleeping Dogs. It’s basically a Grand Theft Auto game with slightly less humour but a much better game mechanic. Set in Hong Kong, you’re an undercover agent working for the cops and the Triads but as with most undercover stories, your loyalties are soon tested. If you’re looking to transfer all your data and game saves from your Wii over to your Wii U you’re going to need to use the transfer software which you can find hidden away in the ‘channels’ section of the shop. Wii U router connection problems

I just received my Wii U from Nintendo and after setting everything up I found I couldn’t connect to my router on Virgin Media. I checked and double checked the password but after it tested the connection it just wouldn’t play ball. People weren’t sure about Black Ops 2 when they found out it was set in the near future of 2025. Hitman takes a hit

Square Enix have hit a spot of bother with their community after releasing a free Hitman Facebook app that let you put hits on your friends. It seems some people were offended by these virtual death threats so they pulled it just a day after release. Ah well, best get killing people in the full Hitman Absolution game instead which coincidentally features in my Top 5 games of the year.
