It’s good news if you’re a fan of the LEGO Star Wars games. Lucas has renewed the license with The LEGO Group for another ten years. Mass Effect 3 multiplayer could topple Battlefield 3

Mass Effect 3 is almost upon us…well, in just over a month in fact, and this trailer has just surfaced showing off more of the brand new multiplayer mode where you and fellow soldiers must help Commander Shepard’s cause in the war against the Reapers and the battle to save planet Earth. With all this multiplayer fun on top of the single player experience this could be the game to drag me away from getting my...

Soul Calibur V picture

Soul Calibur vandals hit London

Banksy beware, it seems some new kids are in town making street ‘art’ to promote Soul Calibur V. This image sprayed onto the Great Eastern Street wall in London’s East End took three whole days for infamous painter and decorator Jim Rockwell and his artists to complete and as well as promoting the game for Namco Bandai looks pretty cool too. The artwork measures 16 meters long and shows off new fighters to the roster Patroklos, Ezio from Assassin’s Creed and familiar bad guy Nightmare. Resident Evil Revelations

Resident Evil Revelations review

Okay so they may be corny but the Resident Evil games are a guilty pleasure of mine. I really enjoyed Mercenaries when the 3DS first came out and have been looking forward to a ‘proper’ game on the 3DS with a story ever since. Revelations tells the story between the events of console games 4 and 5 and sees you playing as three pairs of soldiers with most of the action happening on board an abandoned cruise ship as you take on the roles of Chris, Jill, Jessica and the slightly overweight but likeable Parker. This time it’s the mysterious...

Soul Calibur V

Soul Calibur V review

I’ve always liked the Soul Calibur games because they offer something different to the usual fighting systems of games such as Street Fighter. The vertical and horizontal attacks mixed with the ability to dodge and run around opponents in 3D space works well and the characters are pretty cool to boot, my favourites being the pirate Cervantes and Voldo, the undead dude who looks like he enjoys fetish clubs. Soul Calibur V refines this fighting system even more with some gorgeous graphics and animations and a guest character in the form of Ezio from the latest Assassin’s Creed games. As...
