FIFA 12 review

I’ve seen a lot about FIFA 12 in the run up to launch and after playing it at preview events I couldn’t wait to get my hands on it. Now it’s here and they’ve made quite a few changes. EA Sports have recently announced they won’t be putting Kinect support into any FIFA game until at least FIFA 13. Their senior vice president of worldwide development Andrew Wilson has been quoted saying “building anything on a platform just for the sake of it doesn’t make sense.” And I agree – unless you want to try out that famous Cantona kung-fu kick! FIFA 11 release date

Worldwide a new football season is just kicking off and Electronic Arts are putting the finishing touches to this year’s Fifa game. Unusually we’ve already had one new FIFA game this year in the shape of Fifa World Cup 2010 which we awarded eight out of ten. Details about FIFA 11 have arrived. There’s not much to go on but the EA Sports team are saying even passing won’t just be a case of tapping a button and they’ll adopt the penalty system from the World Cup game.
