Official Kinect Xbox 360 release dates announced

Microsoft’s Kinect now has an official launch date of 5th November 2010 in the US and 10th November 2010 in Europe. Microsoft’s new motion-sensor (codename Project Natal) will be able to recognise your face for automatic Avatar selection, keep track of up to 20 joint movements at once and has voice recognition as well. The RGB camera combined with a depth sensor means the Kinect will also be able to see your room in 3D and therefore track your movements in 3D.
