During Nintendo’s autumn press conference a new GameCube remake series called Play On Wii was announced. Those of you who aren’t new to the gaming scene will already know that Gamecube didn’t sell that well compared to Sony’s Playstation 2 and so many great titles from the Cube era didn’t get into the hands of many gamers. Nyko have told us about their new Wireless Classic Controller for Wii, it looks like a cross between the standard Nintendo Classic Controller and the joypad for the PlayStation 2. It’s called The Wing and looks pretty cool, a special dongle connects to the Wii Remote which then wireless and lets you play with no cable restrictions up to 10 feet away. With up to 30 hours of playtime using just two AAA batteries and the option to use rechargeable batteries which can be charged with the bundled USB cable, this could be a very economical purchase.
